Somerset Woodturners Club
Our club exists to promote interest in woodturning in the Somerset area, as a hobby, a craft or occupation
At our monthly meetings you can:
- Watch demonstrations by visiting professional turners and and experts with allied skills
- Experience hands-on nights where you can improve your skills and learn new techniques
- Borrow from the club library of books and videos about turning and other skills
- Join in the monthly member's raffle
- Take the Opportunity to buy tools, books and supplies
But most of all,
meet and talk and join in with other local turners
and enjoy this creative and satisfying skill.
WE ALSO:
- Publish a regular member's magazine
- Organise members visits to woodworking shows and other venues of interest
- Arrange regular social activities
We meet at 7.30PM on the second Monday of each month at
North Petherton Rugby Club
